Job Purpose

Looking for a Software Developer ready to build, support and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Must have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages Java. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Key Result Areas
• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design, and code.
• Implementing design methodologies and toolsets
• Writing well-designed, defect-free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines.
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep-level analysis to identify root causes to systematically resolve issues.
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices
• Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
• Hands-on experience in developing Java / JEE-based applications, building RESTful APIs
• Excellent core Java programming skills.
• Experience on any application server like Tomcat / JBoss / WebSphere.
• In-depth experience in using and detailed knowledge about the Spring framework (2+ years)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL/Oracle, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience in developing Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Expert level Java programming and experience leading full lifecycle of application Dev.
• Passion for the Designing and development from the scratch.
• Good to have in cloud application development and deployments, e.g., Azure
