Job Purpose:
The role holder has the responsibility for implementing business analytics/ data science to deliver a market-leading platform that offers basic and enhanced financial services for all the customers of the bank to achieve business and brand objectives. The role holder is expected to support the team to drive initiatives and projects that involves building, analyzing data sets which are robust and efficient for use.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To manage critical project components including project integration, scope, communication, risk and procurement through all phases of project life cycle.
Manage project administration processes including project initiation, status reporting, implementation check list adherence and basis project tracking.
Vendor coordination and management skills in the context of planning for the overall project delivery and the ability to individually coordinate multiple functional groups – either in house customer or third party.
Good analytics skills.
Good in written and verbal communication, including MS office skills presentations & technical
Capable of interacting with various departments and across various levels. Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Should be able to understand the problem statement and should be able to provide the technical solution around the same.
Work closely with the field risk team to provide inputs related to various activities carried out by the team. Should be able to provide the automated solutions for the same.
Able to understand the complex issues and able to translate and simplify the requirements.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business
Enhance analytical capability in providing value-added analysis and MIS review for the product and distribution groups
Provide support to the business teams on deployed dashboards, when needed
