Responsibilities
Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair works on site or in repair shop and minimize the downtime for all installed analyzers by the timely implementation of planned maintenance procedures
Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting for process gas chromatographs
Troubleshooting and modification of unit analyzers
Programs various process analyzers systems
Tests, calibrates and reinstalls repaired analyzers, ensuring accuracy of operation and checks all test instrumentation against recognized standards
Calibration of analyzers and maintains records on analyzer testing, calibration and installation
Maintain and repair all process analyzers as used for safety and shutdown control, personnel monitoring, environmental monitoring, product quality and process efficiency
Observes all HSE regulations and ensures safe operating procedures are followed
