JOB TITLE: Senior Android Developer
JOB TYPE : Full Time
LOCATION: Bangalore/Noida
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Java code
Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with team to define, design, and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Mentor team members and take the responsibility for the deliverables and releases
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS: Should be B.Tech / B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA – Computer Science from a premier institute
EXPERIENCE :
3 – 5 years of relevant experience
Should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in working with Android-based apps
SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Deep understanding of SQLite database, Web services, and location-based services
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Must be familiar with MVP/MVVM and other popular architecture
Good knowledge of various Java design patterns
Experienced with the integration of Google and other popular external APIs
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Solid understanding of data structures and ORM
Enough knowledge on the code versioning tool like Tortoise SVN/GIT
