Job Description
Techolution is looking out for a smart and detail oriented Senior Android Developer to utilize the mobile development skills to push our strengths to the next level. He will become part of a continuously transforming environment that touches upon 130+ Million users and influences and enriches their lives positively . He should also provide solid technical solutions to complex issues whilst helping deliver the best customer experience. The goal is to seamlessly integrate the android platform into our customers’ systems and then build on top of that, making a final solution perfectly tailored towards customer needs.
This position will directly contribute to the WoW customer experience by consistently delivering excellent customer care and support service that reflects an intelligently run, smooth operation. Title: Senior Android Developer
Location: Complete Remote work
Min. Experience Required: 5+years
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Working on native mobile apps for Android using Kotlin and Java that have a remarkable user experience, are secured according to prevailing standards and are absolutely stunning.
• Building beautiful code, running tests, and working with a team of developers on the client side. The job includes a full range of responsibilities, from feature development and innovation to maintenance, upgrades and support.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability, implementation of security and data protection
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kotlin and Java.
• Very good understanding about DS & Algos
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Good Android Framework skills (Lifecycle knowledge, RecyclerView, deep knowledge of Intents, MVVM, JetPack Compose)
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
