Senior Mobil Developer
As a Senior Mobile Developer you will help in development of next generation consumer-facing Android/iOS application and its features. As part of this project, you will collaborate very closely with the senior leadership in the company including the product and engineering teams. We need a talented person who can think critically, collaborate with others, and focus on creating a revolutionary product in a progressive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with UX Designers, Product Management, and other developers to build an app with best possible user experience
Independently deliver committed tasks on time with high quality
Be our go-to Mobile expert
Interpret business requirements into technical requirements and understand the big picture
Collaborate with local and overseas developers and QA engineers in agile environment
Design, develop, test and release Android/iOS SDKs and app
Research mobile OS optimization, architect key features, resolve challenging technical problems, and identify technology trends.
You will be expected to work across both Kotlin and Java.
Perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and lead/contribute to architectural planning and refactoring
Collaborate with and provide feedback to backend teams responsible for the APIs and other services supporting the mobile applications
Provide unique insight into available libraries and SDKs for the Android/iOS Platform
QUALIFICATIONS:
6+ years of Android and iOS mobile development experience.
Proficient with Kotlin, Java, XCode. Swift
Experience Designing and building advanced applications for the Android and iOS platform.
5+ years of experience working with REST APIs, and building apps connecting with backend services.
Excellent knowledge of latest design patterns and architecture.
Experience with Unit and UI testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Strong Understanding of Android and iOS design principles and interface guidelines.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
Experience with continuous integration.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Experience working in a small team setting along with offshore development team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills: proven ability to lead both vertically and horizontally to achieve results; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and do what it takes to deliver results.
EDUCATION:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
PREFERRED:
Familiar with EV Charging domain
