Job Description
Be involved in hands-on coding, code reviews, and testing.Develop technical specifications for features to be developed.Work closely with the business head and product manager to define and prioritise product requirements and features.Work with the product manager to define user stories and acceptance criteria.Analyze the software architecture and software designs.Monitor the build-up of technical debt and take steps to address it.Be the go-to person for technical matters for business heads.Be the go-to-person for resolving technical issues.Use Agile methodologies to manage the software development.Plan, organise and monitor the product development tasks on a regular basis.Do daily task management with the software team.Setup software engineering processes in the team.Provide technical leadership and technical direction to team members.Champion the use of better, more effective, more scalable and modern technologies in the team.
Requirements:
Senior developer with experience in product development.Extensive experience in mobile and web-based applications.Hands-on Coding experience in programming languages.Good knowledge of frameworks.Exposure to mobile technology Native JavaEssential experience in Software Engineering Techniques, Source Control software like (Git), Design Patterns, Test Driven Development (TDD).Knowledge of container technologies.Open to adapting to the latest technological trends.Enthusiastic about taking initiatives for continuous improvements in all aspects of IT operations.Ability to solve technical problems creatively.Results-oriented with the ability to get things done.High energy level with a passion for technology.Extremely detail-oriented.Positive mindset and highly energetic.Curiosity about how technology really works under the hood.Ability to take initiative and make things happen.Driven to improve product progressively on daily basis.Strong sense of productivity and excellent time management skills.
