Application of easy to use and prevalent technology such as Whatsapp and Google API to connect +7% of the entire Indian market, fill existing gaps in trade and provide a full end to end service aspect that handles its commerce, logistics, and payments verticals.

This problem is aggravated due to inefficiencies in transportation and logistics resulting in higher turnaround times for the manufacturing facilities.
When multiple issues or challenges arise during the procurement process, they can lead to increased costs which are ultimately passed on to the consumer in the form of higher prices for the final product.
A transparent pricing platform backed by a robust technology driven team happens to be breaking the cartel by providing an equitable playing ground to Indian manufacturers of all scales. By cutting down the high turn around time of the traditional method of procurement & excess stock liquidation from hours to just a few minutes, Source.one enhances both efficiency and the effectiveness, staying true to upholding "Make in India".
Who are we looking for?:
We at Source.One require the help of an aspiring, smart and mature software developer who can help take Source.One to great heights. You could be a part of our wonderful journey if:
• Strong computer science fundamentals, with preferred 4-5 years of experience and knowledge of mobile App development cycle and release cycle for both IOS and Android Ecosystem.
• Should have ability to combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements for intelligent UI/UX
• Should have good command on app development framework (Flutter is preferred).
• Should have a decent working knowledge of REST APIs runtime environment like NodeJs & NoSQL/SQL databases (MongoDB/Postgres).
• As part of the brains of the startup, you are smart, creative and love solving business challenges and thereby find new ways to propel the growth of the company.
• You are passionate about growth and aspire to become a technical leader not just within the company, but beyond.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to work independently or with other team members (Pair programming etc). Help mentor and grow the App team in quantity and quality.
• Take complete ownership of App (from ideation to user feedback)
• Ensure timely completion of development activity.
• Consult, design, and develop well-structured, scalable in-house tools.
