Mentor and guide junior developers in the team and provide technical expertise and support.
Effectively communicate project progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion within given timelines.
Continuously improve and optimize existing applications to enhance user experience and performance.
Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential issues and roadblocks.
Maintain documentation for developed applications and processes.
