• About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Apparel Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design team at Footasylum's Head Office in Rochdale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating original brand-appropriate artworks, placement prints, repeats, and branding packs across all multi-product categories.
• Responsibilities
• Research new trends and high street competitors with a focus on commerciality and produce customer trend analysis boards.
• Travel to UK stores and attend research trips for inspiration.
• Attend international and UK festivals and social events to identify the Footasylum customer.
• Create initial new designs to present to brand managers and buyers.
• Demonstrate understanding of different print techniques and innovate embellishment/print techniques.
• Produce clear technical Graphic CAD design specifications within specified time frames.
• Liaise with product developers and factories overseas to give clear comments.
• Requirements
You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within the Highstreet Fashion Industry producing apparel Graphics. You must have advanced knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
