We are a growing apparel production company specializing in casual wear and branded garments. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Apparel Production & Branding Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and screen printing.
This is a production-focused role in a casual wear environment. The successful candidate must be fully experienced and capable of operating independently.
Only qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
DTG & Screen Printing Production
Operate and maintain DTG printing machines
Perform full screen printing setup (screen coating, burning screens, ink mixing, press setup, curing)
Ensure accurate color matching and print consistency
Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues
Maintain production equipment and workspace
Meet production targets and deadlines
Branding & Quality Control
Ensure all printed garments meet brand standards
Maintain proper logo placement, sizing, and color accuracy
Oversee garment finishing and labeling
Ensure retail-ready presentation of products
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the apparel / casual wear industry
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in DTG and screen printing production
Strong knowledge of fabrics, ink systems, curing processes, and color matching
Ability to manage production independently in a casual wear setting
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Education
Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Textile Technology, or related field required
Technical Skills
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
CorelDRAW
Experience with DTG RIP software (Epson Garment Creator, Cadlink, AnaRIP, Kornit or similar)
Screen separation software such as Separation Studio or AccuRIP
Compensation & Schedule
$48,000 – $62,000 per year (based on experience)
