Whizz HR is on a look for an Senior Architect
• Assist in reviewing architectural surveys and design analysis of the site
• Develop and draft design details and construction documents
• Assist in selecting appropriate material required for sites
• Participate in construction administration including responding to RFI, preparing sketches and addendums visiting the construction site to gather information
• Review presentation drawings and presentations both internally externally
• Build relations with the stakeholders such as contractors, vendors, etc
• Work under the direction of mid & senior level Architects
• Review the project progress against the project budget and plan
• Assist in the development of design details construction document
• Coordinate drawings with drawings of other disciplines
• Coordinate specifications with drawings to meet project requirements.

• Able to perform site surveys, maintains resources materials as required
• Research information and create graphics for inclusion in marketing proposals materials. Also research and selects colors/ finishes/ materials as required for the project
• Work under the direction of mid & senior level Architects
• Work on architecture design specifications, calculations, and industry standards
