Our client is hiring a Senior Architect who will manage their architectural and interior design practice.
Our client has been primarily an interior design firm located in Chennai, expanding into the field of architecture and turnkey building services.
The firm has completed numerous successful projects across a range of sectors that have been recognized.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design and be proficient in various design and rendering software's, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
They will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and presenting proposals to clients while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in construction drawings documentation.
They should have worked in a reputed firm and should have been in a similar, senior position.
Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and Adobe CreativeSuite
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and detailing
• Excellent communication, writing and graphic skills to convey design ideas to team members and clients
• Experience with 3D visualization and rendering programs (Enscape) is a plus.
Responsibilities :
• Independently conceive, develop, and present innovative interior proposals to clients in a polished and professional manner.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and documentation.
• Proficiently using rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS
• Office to create compelling visual representations and accurate technical drawings.
• Lead projects with a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring individual guidance and contribution to achieve project quality and timeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural solutions seamlessly into projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continually enhance the quality of work.
