Job description
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using
AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project
completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis
in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Requirements :
• Develop 3D models in Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for both new design and renovation projects.
• Previous experience with BIM is required on residential or commercial projects.
• Ready to work from office (Location : Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur) Qualifications:
• 2 year or 4 year degree in Engineering/Architectural Technology, Building
• Construction Drawings, Computer Aided Drafting, or similar with 1-5 years of work experience.
• Candidates should have experience in construction document production and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Candidates with in-depth understanding of architectural design fundamentals.
• Good communication, writing skills, and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Job Profile: Senior Architect - Shopping Malls & Luxury Hotels
Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and planning process for shopping mall and luxury hotel projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
Provide expertise in space planning, programming, and conceptual design, integrating aesthetic, functional, and sustainability considerations.
Oversee the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and documents, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and analysis to assess existing conditions, identify constraints, and inform design decisions.
Lead meetings, presentations, and design charrettes with clients, consultants, and project teams to. communicate design concepts, progress, and recommendations.
Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate specialized expertise and services into project deliverables.
Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in shopping mall and luxury hotel design, integrating new knowledge and insights into project designs and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on shopping malls and luxury hotels.
Registered Architect license preferred.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards related to commercial and hospitality design.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
