About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Sumit Kumath Architectural Design Firm. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing architectural projects, from conceptual design through to project completion. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cutting-edge designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that meet client requirements and align with our firm's vision.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to coordinate and integrate design work.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and project progress.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our designs are at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-rise and group housing projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of UDCPR regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
