Job Summary:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and planning of complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of architectural principles, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and excellence. The Senior Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration.
· Develop and implement project design strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
· Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives and resolve design and technical challenges.
· Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
· Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
· Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to incorporate into project designs.
· Participate in client presentations and proposal development.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
· Professional licensure as an Architect.
· A minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
· Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects.
· Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹63,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
