Overview:
Assurance Developers, a leading construction company based in Bangalore, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design efforts on a range of projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, and providing mentorship to junior staff.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the architectural design and planning phases of projects from conception to completion.
• Develop architectural designs that align with client needs, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Review and approve drawings, blueprints, and specifications produced by junior staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture and construction.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
