Drive Initiatives for Revenue Growth, Team Performance & own customer
experience by driving predictability; and efficiency of the teams project
delivery capability with a razor-sharp focus on quality. Emphasize design
elements that guarantee a positive client experience.
Transform Clients requirement and vision into working drawings. Ensure
timely closure of designs with customer.
Review and approve architectural and design plans, ensuring compliance with
Customer Requirements, regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct regular design reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and design
integrity across projects.
Develop and Maintain Library of Revit Families based on specifications of
package in the Zone and generate bill of quantities from Revit. Drive
reusability of modules to improve teams’ efficiency
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, RM, Operations) to ensure
Deliverables.
Work with External consultants (Structural) and ensure economical designs.
Lead, motivate, train and manage Architects on a day-to-day basis.
Build/Design new processes and re-engineer existing ones at city/central level
to improve productivity and ensure all our processes mature to handle
exponential growth and complexities.
Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency
of the team's project delivery capability by providing leadership in best
practices.
Work with the City leadership team, Department Heads, and other
stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of client needs and project
objectives.
Required skills and Expertise:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Architecture
Mandatory Software: Revit, AutoCAD. Knowing Sketchup & AI to improve
efficiency is added benefit
Knows develop families in Revit and maintain library of the same
Make regular MOM for every discussion with the clients
Experience in all phases of the design process from concept/schematic
design through the bid process and construction administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and people management
skills
You should be a result-oriented, self–starter, proactive, strong motivator,
collaborative, and focused on team
Knowledge to understand Structural and MEP drawings
