Our client, a leading architectural firm based in Auckland, seek to appoint a Senior Architect to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work across Commercial, Education, and Residential projects, driving success from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver across multiple projects
Collaborate with clients to meet and exceed their expectations
Provide technical expertise in architectural design, documentation and contract administration
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in architecture
Experience with NZS3604 and NZBC
Highly experienced through construction phases / contract admin
Ability to take a project through from inception to completion
High-quality design and drawing production skills
Highly effective communication and client management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members
