Project Title: BIM Modeling and Detailing Services for Architectural Projects
Scope of Work:
We seek experienced BIM and Detailing Architects to collaborate on architectural projects. The successful candidates will:
1. Create detailed BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD for building designs.
2. Develop construction documentation, including plans, sections, and elevations.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings and schedules.
5. Collaborate with the project team to resolve design and construction issues.
Deliverables:
- BIM models (Revit/AutoCAD)
- Construction documentation (drawings, plans, sections, elevations)
- Project schedules and timelines
- Coordination and collaboration reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
- All project information and deliverables remain confidential.
- Client retains ownership of all intellectual property.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Timely delivery of high-quality work.
