We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and oversee the design and development of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept design through construction and completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Design Excellence: Develop innovative and sustainable architectural designs that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Ensure all designs align with the company's vision and objectives.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging creativity and professional growth.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical oversight on all aspects of architectural design, including building codes, zoning regulations, and material specifications. Ensure that all designs are structurally sound and feasible.
• Documentation: Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Review and approve all project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent. Address any issues that arise during construction to ensure successful project delivery.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture. Integrate innovative solutions into designs to improve efficiency, sustainability, and aesthetics.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency.
