Cendrol aims to offer end to end services for home construction owners from finding a property, to design, constructing, and interior design and execution by collaborating with the best real estate and design companies all with the help of the Cendrol technology platform.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with clients to comprehensively understand their requirements, preferences, and project vision.
· Effectively present architectural concepts and designs, addressing client feedback with precision and professionalism.
· Lead the development and production of detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, adhering to project specifications.
· Ensure alignment of architectural designs with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
· Coordinate with various consultants, including structural engineers and MEP experts, integrating their valuable inputs into architectural designs.
· Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external consultants for efficient project progress.
· Work closely with project managers to establish realistic timelines for the production of drawings.
· Prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively, ensuring on-time delivery of drawings to the construction site.
· Create plans and drawings that distinctly outline the architectural design of the project.
· Utilize your knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and materials to craft an ideal finished product.
· Conduct thorough site evaluations to uphold the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
· Oversee the entire construction process, providing valuable recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with various teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications and Requirements:(Minimum 4 Years of Experience)
· Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
· Expertise in architectural design principles, techniques, building materials, and construction practices and codes.
· Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.
· Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
· Previous work on residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
· Skill in understanding and interpreting client requirements, preferences, and constraints.
· Experience in overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and addressing on-site challenges.
· Ensure all works are carried out as per the design.
· You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
· Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design.
· Need to have knowledge about Vaastu.
