Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts.
Minimum 3 + years of experience
Monitor the work of other Junior Architects in the team , as and when required
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software.
Collaborate with Senior/ Principal Architect on project planning.
Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders, as and when required
Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
Support the preparation of presentations and client proposals.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Architecture
Proficiency in design software such as like SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Rhino
Strong understanding of architectural principles
Experience in either Architecture/ Interiors
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage the team and multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Comprehensive portfolio is a must along with the CV
Basic understanding of Hindi is considered an advantage
