About the Role:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and executing residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design and planning for high-end construction and interior projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Create conceptual designs, layouts, 3D models, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
• Oversee site execution, resolving design challenges, and ensuring quality control
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and innovative construction technologies
• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or related field
• 4+ years of experience in architectural design, construction, and interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with government approvals, permits, and legal compliances is a plus
