The Role: As a Senior Architect, you’ll take the lead on the technical delivery of a prestigious hotel project. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of later RIBA stages (4-6) for a high-end hotel project.
• Oversee the preparation of all technical packages, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Manage junior team members, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications And Skills
• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with significant hotel or hospitality project experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering projects through the later RIBA stages.
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.
