Architectural Excellence: Lead the planning and design of both residential and commercial projects in collaboration with architects and consultants. Legal & Sales Support: Work hand-in-hand with legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. Consultant Coordination: Select the right consulting architects, and liaise with Liaisoning Architects/Engineers for approvals from PMC/PCMC/PMRDA. Site Supervision: Oversee site progress, interior project execution, and coordinate with various consultants (RCC, MEP, Landscape, Environmental) to ensure flawless delivery. RERA Knowledge: Ensure all project documentation is RERA-compliant and up-to-date.What We Need: 6+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and project coordination (preferably in construction or real estate). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and other design tools. Strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills. An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
