Urgent Hiring: Senior Architect / Head Architect Pune We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect / Head Architect with a passion for design and construction! If you have 6+ years of experience and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is your chance to lead innovative projects for a top builder and construction company in Pune!Your Role: Project Coordination & Design: Oversee project coordination, interior design, material selection, and cost estimation. Architectural Excellence: Lead the planning and design of both residential and commercial projects in collaboration with architects and consultants. Legal & Sales Support: Work hand-in-hand with legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. Consultant Coordination: Select the right consulting architects, and liaise with Liaisoning Architects/Engineers for approvals from PMC/PCMC/PMRDA. Site Supervision: Oversee site progress, interior project execution, and coordinate with various consultants (RCC, MEP, Landscape, Environmental) to ensure flawless delivery. RERA Knowledge: Ensure all project documentation is RERA-compliant and up-to-date.What We Need: 6+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and project coordination (preferably in construction or real estate). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and other design tools. Strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills. An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
