Job Description
As an Interior Architect at Ddivine group by monika gupta, you will work collaboratively with the design and architecture teams to conceptualize and execute interior spaces that align with client needs, aesthetics, and functionality. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all design elements are integrated seamlessly and meet client expectations, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design innovative and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand design requirements and project goals.
Develop detailed interior layouts, elevations, and 3D models using CAD and BIM software.
Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and client preferences.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to clients.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met.
Supervise the execution of the design and ensure that construction aligns with approved plans.
Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve design challenges, and make necessary adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior architecture or design, preferably [X] years, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for sustainability and innovative design solutions is a plus.
