Job Title : Senior Architect

The ideal candidate will be passionate about architectural design, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a strong ability to translate design concepts into reality using advanced software tools.
Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate on residential, commercial, and industrial design projects.
• Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using ARCHICAD and other design software.
• Ensure all designs align with German architectural standards and quality.
Qualifications :
• Education : Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience : 3-5 years in architectural design, ideally with exposure to international projects.
• German Language : Proficiency in German is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
Technical Skills :
• ARCHICAD : Proficient in using ARCHICAD for creating detailed architectural designs and plans.
• AutoCAD : Strong command over AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawing and drafting.
• 3D Visualization Software : Expertise in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max.
• Rendering Software : Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape for producing photorealistic renderings.
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) : Experience with BIM software (preferably Revit or ARCHICAD) for efficient project planning and design coordination.
• Digital Drafting : Exceptional skills in digital drafting with a strong understanding of detailing and design accuracy.
• Adobe Suite : Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating presentations and visual content.
• German Design Codes and Standards : An understanding of German architecture regulations and building standards is a plus.
