Lead the creation of detailed architectural drawings and plans for diverse projects, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
> Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret project requirements and provide expert technical input.
> Review and approve the work of junior draftsmen to ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
> Maintain organized project records, including revisions and design changes, and oversee document management.
> Provide support in preparing cost estimates, project schedules, and material lists, offering valuable insights from your experience.
> Facilitate effective communication between contractors and construction teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
Ensuring the timely and precise creation of architectural drawings.
> Strict compliance with local building codes and regulations.
