Senior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time on Office/Site role for a Senior Architect at Tejas Constructions & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all architectural design and construction phases of projects, and will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines. The Senior Architect will also ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and will oversee the work of other architects and technicians.

Job Description

Work with Architect/owner assisting with various projects

Help to plan and design plot layouts, Landscape and building layouts (Residential/Commercial)

Work on design drawings

Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs

Help with compiling required paperwork and documents for projects

Help coordinate details of architectural projects

Checking/validating bills from contractors/vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor's. degree or higher in Architecture or related field

10+ years of experience in architecture and construction, with proven track record in managing large-scale projects

Skills required

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software

Experience producing construction documents

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills

Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent

Ability to work with minimal supervision,
