Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Brick & Bolt. This full-time position is available in multiple locations - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture and construction. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading project design, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success.
Qualifications And Skills
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture and construction industries.
• Extensive experience in team leadership and the ability to inspire and guide a team (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to understand client needs and articulate project details effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in strategic planning to align architectural goals with broader business objectives (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, executing, and closing projects within set timelines and budget.
• Strong technical architecture skills, with a deep understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex architectural challenges.
• Experience in budget management, ensuring that projects remain financially viable and on track.
• Competency in risk assessment to mitigate potential issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, specifications, and designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Implement strategic planning to align project goals with overall company objectives and growth strategies.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that all aspects of construction meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and preventing cost overruns.
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout the project, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted progress.
