Compensation on Offer: INR 12 LPA to INR 16 LPA, based on relevant experience, interview performance, and last drawn compensation.

Position Overview: HR Interface Executive Search is recruiting a Sr. Architect for this client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural work from concept through to completion, including designing, developing drawings, and coordinating with vendors, consultants, and site teams. The role involves ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
• Understand client needs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals under the guidance of the Design Manager.
• Innovate with ideas that align with client requirements, building usage, and environmental impact, staying ahead of architectural trends.
• Coordinate with the 3D team for building aesthetics development.
• Select appropriate materials based on client preferences and project themes, and prepare material boards for presentations.
