Position: Senior Architect Location: India Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years in architectural design and project management. Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong technical background to assist design teams from concept to submission. This role involves completing production tasks and coordinating with team members, other departments, and sub-consultants. Key Responsibilities: • Develop architectural projects in various phases from initiation through concept to technical completion. • Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely submissions and high-quality outcomes. .Conduct QA/QC audits ensuring project alignment with technical and design standards. • Coordinate with other departments and consultants to ensure project goals are met. • Guide projects to align with local codes and regulations. • Engage in concept design generation and development. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. • Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural design and project management. • Experience in KSA is mandatory. • Strong technical and design development skills. • Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management tools. • Experience in residential, commercial, and real estate projects. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Strong technical background. • In-depth knowledge of SBC codes, MOMRA, RCRC, DGDA, Sport Boulevard, and other relevant codes and local regulations. • Experience in preparing all necessary permit packages.
