Role Overview
SWBI Architects is looking for a Senior Architect with strong expertise in corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate will lead projects end-to-end, drive client interactions, and ensure seamless coordination between design, execution, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project design from concept to completion, ensuring quality and design intent
• Drive client interactions, presentations, and meetings with confidence and clarity
• Manage and mentor internal design teams and junior architects
• Oversee development of detailed working/GFC drawings and documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Monitor site progress, resolve challenges, and ensure timely project delivery
• Review BOQs, specifications, and material selections
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and company standards
Requirements:
• B.Arch/B.Des with 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate interiors
• Proven experience in leading projects and handling client relationships independently
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp (Revit is a plus)
• Excellent understanding of detailing, materials, and execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
