Architectural Project Manager
This is a full-time role for an Architect in the Gujarat region.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team as an Architectural Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building design, project management, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong understanding of architectural design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and motivate a team of architects to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
• Masters/bachelors degree in building architecture, landscape design, or urban design with minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Strong knowledge and expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Proficiency with software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience leading a team of architects and managing multiple projects at once
• Experience with sustainability and green certification (LEED, IGBC or GRIHA)
