Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for architecture, construction drawings, architectural design, drawing, and urban planning to deliver high-quality retail solutions.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect cum 3D Designer to lead architectural design projects, develop creative 3D visualizations, and ensure high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background combined with expertise in 3D rendering and visualization. They will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to create innovative and functional architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design projects from concept to execution.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings for presentations.
• Work on conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the production team to ensure feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
• Research and implement the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and 3D design.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety codes, and project guidelines.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in architectural design and 3D visualization.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and space planning.
• Excellent design aesthetics and an eye for detail.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
