Senior Architectural Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to lead our design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings and blueprints for architectural projects

• Collaborate with project architects and engineers to ensure project designs are accurate and feasible

• Review and analyze project specifications to determine project requirements

• Ensure all drawings and blueprints meet industry and company standards

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

• 10-15 years of experience in architectural design

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
