????️ Your Role

• Lead residential development projects

• Create technical drawing packages and design presentation materials

• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and NHBC guidelines

• Visit sites to inspect work and issue instructions

????️ What You'll Need

• 4+ years' experience in practice

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus)

• Strong knowledge of UK residential architecture

• Experience with housing developers or contractors
