Position Description
We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist / Architect with strong technical expertise and leadership capability to support projects from design development through construction completion.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architect
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong working knowledge of applicable provincial building codes
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and delegate tasks to junior staff
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam
Solid understanding of various construction systems, materials, and detailing practices
Responsibilities
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Manage and contribute to multiple projects from design development through construction completion
Prepare, coordinate, and issue all project deliverables, including permit, tender, and construction documents
Coordinate and conduct site visits, including preparation of site visit reports
Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to junior staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
