Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for buying and selling real estate properties.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively seeking potential clients, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth and timely transaction processes.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, pricing strategies, market conditions, and legal requirements.
• Stay updated on local and regional real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the management team.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand professional networks and promote the company's brand.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Additional certifications in sales or real estate will be a plus.
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1 year to maximum 4 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
• Experience should be in a sales role within the Real Estate industry.
• Based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and other teams.
• Ability to commute to different sites and client locations within Bengaluru, as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert prospects into customers.
• Sound knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru.
• Familiarity with current market trends, pricing, and property types in the region.
