Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at EAGLE LAW AND EQUITY LLP Based in Mumbai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling personal and professional legal issues, building relationships with clients, offering fresh perspectives, and delivering meaningful solutions while maintaining a constructive and rational atmosphere.
Qualifications
• Legal research, litigation, and case management skills
• 5+ years of experience in law, preferably in [specific area of law]
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in handling high-conflict situations
• Legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in the legal industry, particularly in litigation or dispute resolution, is a plus
