Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law, civil defense litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and cases simultaneously

Responsibilities
