We are looking to hire a Senior Associate with proven expertise in Banking
Finance to join the Delhi office of a leading top
tier law firm
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with prominent financial institutions
NBFCs
and corporate borrowers across a wide range of domestic and cross
border transactions
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating complex financing and security documents including loan agreements
debenture trust deeds
security trustee agreements
and inter
creditor arrangements
Advising clients on structured finance
ECBs
project finance
syndicated lending
and refinancing deals
Leading end
to
end execution of transactions
including due diligence
documentation
and regulatory compliance
Advising on RBI and sector
specific regulations affecting credit and lending
Managing client expectations and building trusted advisor relationships
Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

qualification experience in Banking
Finance law at a recognized law firm
Strong transactional and regulatory knowledge in financial services
Excellent drafting

and communication skills
Ability to handle matters independently and manage timelines under pressure
