The Business Management job is responsible for providing strategic support for the assigned business area. While focusing on high level projects, this job executes strategic business management consulting to leaders by analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies, driving business management policies and routines, and being the central point of contact for leaders in the execution of business management tasks. This job is considered a subject matter expert in the Business Management area.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Acts as a day-to-day technical/functional expert in assigned area and makes decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
• Maintains and supports implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
• Implements process improvements.
• Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
• Supports business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items.
• Drives and oversees meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.
• Influences the development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• This individual will support general management and oversight of the India based BMO team, directly aligned to the Office of Cybersecurity and Customer Engagement and will lead business management functions and deliverables in Global Cybersecurity including support for:
• Stakeholder Management and Communications
• Financial Management for Cybersecurity
• Workforce Administration
• Team management (for the India BMO support team members)
• Specific areas of responsibility will include:
• Creation of executive materials, decks/PowerPoint presentations, agendas, etc. to support the Office of Cybersecurity and Customer Engagement.
• Supporting Cybersecurity financial administration by partnering closely with the finance organization to support forecast management and governance and tracking of cyber expenses, as well as helping to establish enhanced practices for financial management.
• Assisting the team in the coordination of workforce management activities
• Supporting continuous improvement / process improvement activities for business management capabilities by streamlining and documenting process and procedures
• Managing other India based team members in the core cybersecurity India BMO team that will support operational activities, including metrics and reporting, customer awareness related activities and portfolio reporting, documentation management (e.g. SharePoint Site build and administration), and the coordination of special projects/work efforts being sponsored from within the Office of Cybersecurity.
Management/Leadership Responsibility:
• Liaison with multiple stakeholders from PMO/BMO offices, Technology for solutions, Business Areas & Corporate Functions
• Coordination and communication with Sr. Management team in both US and India
• Direct team management of the India based Office of Cyber and Customer Engagement team members.
Budget Responsibility:
• The resource will not have directly budget accountability, but will help to facilitate financial controls of the Cybersecurity budget, as noted above.

Required Experience:

• Proficient in assembling good Presentation decks, with good Visualization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong Business Management Office Experience
• Project Management experience
• Experience supporting Financial Mgmt/Forecasting
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years
• Experience working in a Cybersecurity Domain
• Experience with Agile.
