Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Associate (Capital Markets) in either Mumbai or Delhi/NCR. The Senior Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to financial modelling, due diligence, drafting and compliance within the capital markets domain.
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements related to merchant banking activities.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely filings and disclosures.
• Assisting the merchant banking division in providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the firm's merchant banking services, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and corporate advisory etc.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2 plus years of experience in the drafting team of merchant banking, having successfully drafted and managed 2 plus listings.
• Education: CA/CFA/CS/MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, capital markets, merchant banking
• Skills: Financial Modelling, Analytics, Communication, Ability to work effectively in a team, Attention to detail and accuracy
