About the Role

Run your own matters with confidence across a broad commercial practice

Represent clients in litigation, construction disputes, and insolvency matters

Provide commercial advice on employment and property law matters

Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and contribute to team leadership

Deliver outcomes, meet targets, and help shape the firm's continued success

Overview of the Ideal Candidate

You’re not just looking for another role—you’re looking for the right firm. You’re confident, formidable, and results-focused. With at least 5 years’ post-admission experience (closer to 10 preferred), you have what it takes to manage files independently and lead clients through complex commercial matters. You want to be part of a firm that values high performance, fresh thinking, and genuine progression.

About the Ideal Candidate

Essential:

5+ years PQE in commercial law (litigation, construction, insolvency, employment)

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of client success

Ability to work independently and deliver to billable targets

Desirable:

8–10+ years PQE with mentoring or leadership exposure

Experience at reputable firms (e.g., Ramsden, Rose Litigation, Atwood Marshall, Marino Law)

Ambition to step into a leadership or partnership role
