About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a 4+ PQE Lawyer to join our Corporate team work with Alex Worner across M&A, private equity investment and cross border transactions.
About you
In order to be considered, and to be successful and thrive in this role, you will have the following skills and experience
4+ years PQE corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions experience within private practice
Have a client-focused approach with a keen interest in obtaining great outcomes for clients
Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail
Be an independent thinker, comfortable with learning new concepts quickly
Participate in activities that build teamwork and relationships
