Please read the Job Description carefully before applying: We at LawSikho are looking for coaches and Course Anchors for AI for business growth and Content marketing Location- Remote (Permanent WFH) Work days- 5 days (Sunday working) PLEASE NOTE: Our timings are from 12 noon till 10 pm. ( You will have to work for 8 hours everyday and it's mandatory that you are available from 8pm to 10pm to take the classes.) Key Requirements: • A law graduate (3 or 5 years) with 2+ years of experience working in corporate law, business law, or related areas such as contracts, compliance, employment matters, or in-house legal roles. • A passion for teaching and mentoring, with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for corporate law. • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a diverse, global team. • Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating course materials. • Open to exploring teaching as a new venture and sharing practical knowledge. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate engaging learning experiences by creating and delivering interactive lessons that help students understand complex concepts in corporate law and encourage their participation. • Mentor and support students by providing guidance and personalized feedback, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals. • Manage student feedback by tracking and analyzing student satisfaction through Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for your courses, using insights to enhance course quality. • Assist with job placement and career advancement by helping students navigate the job market with resources, advice, and strategies for securing positions and building professional networks. • Contribute to course content by sharing innovative ideas to improve existing courses, developing new material, and introducing effective teaching methods. • Utilize strong tech skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create well-organized course materials, presentations, and data analysis, ensuring clear communication of information. • Conduct research and writing on relevant topics in corporate law to ensure that the content delivered is accurate, current, and aligned with industry standards. • Supervise and build relationships with students by overseeing team members supporting your courses, fostering a positive learning environment, and maintaining strong connections with students to encourage engagement and motivation. • Stay updated on corporate law trends by continuously learning about the latest developments in the field to provide students with relevant insights and prepare them for the challenges they may face in their careers
