Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate in the hotel industry located in Dehradun. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and guest experience at the hotel. The Senior Associate will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software
• Knowledge of local language and culture is a plus
